About the design
Two pink piglets have got hold of a red and white Christmas cracker in the farmhouse kitchen, one at each end, and since they haven't got hands they're pulling it with their snouts. Neither of them is letting go. The kitchen is warm, and the bang is only a moment away. The card is called Snout-standing Christmas.
Pigs are known for being clever and curious, and a pig's snout is a remarkable tool: strong enough to root through hard ground and sensitive enough to find food by smell. Piglets play a lot, chasing, wrestling and tugging at things, so a cracker would be fair game. The setting is a traditional British farmhouse kitchen, with cream cupboards and a range, the warmest room in the house in December.
It's a cheerful card for pig lovers, smallholders, anyone who has ever argued over who gets the bigger half of a cracker, and families who like their Christmas a bit noisy. It's one of our funniest farmyard designs, and it sits well alongside the hen and the geese.
What's in the pack

Each pack contains 10 copies of Snout-standing Christmas: 5 × 7 inch (127 × 178 mm) gloss greeting cards printed on 280gsm card, each with “Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year” printed inside and its own kraft envelope. The pack is £16.99 and UK delivery is free.
Every pack is printed to order by our printer here in the UK and sent by standard post. Most orders arrive within about a week, and Etsy shows a delivery estimate for your postcode before you buy. For Christmas, we suggest ordering by 14 December; that's a provisional date, so earlier is safer. Sending your cards yourself? Our guide to last posting dates for Christmas 2026 has the Royal Mail deadlines.
